What you can expect from concierge.help and what you cannot.

What this site is

concierge.help is an independent editorial guide to city experiences plus a paid concierge service. We are not the official website of any attraction, monument or tour operator, and we do not operate any of the listed activities.

Experience bookings

All experience bookings are made on Viator and governed by their terms. Any issue with an activity (changes, cancellations, refunds) is handled directly with Viator or the local operator. We participate in the Viator affiliate program and may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

The concierge service

The concierge service costs 1 EUR per day with a 10 day minimum, paid once through PayPal. The price of each day is shown in the calendar before payment and the total is the sum of the days you choose. It gives you a WhatsApp conversation with a person who knows the city well, for the consecutive days you pick starting on the date in the form, the start day included. We answer in English or Spanish, usually within the hour during the city's daytime. We give recommendations and information. We do not make bookings, hold funds or act as an agent for any hotel or operator, and we are not responsible for the services you book on our advice.

Refunds

If we do not answer within 24 hours of your first WhatsApp message, we refund the full amount on request. Requests after the service window ends are not refundable.

Accuracy of information

We check the guides and the catalog regularly, but prices, schedules and availability change. The binding information is always the official source or the Viator page at the moment of booking.

Intellectual property

The editorial texts on this site are our own. Photographs belong to each activity operator and are displayed through the Viator affiliate network.
