Privacy policy
Short version: we keep the minimum needed to run the concierge service, and nothing else.
What we store
When you buy the concierge service we store your name, your start and end dates, what you said you need, the PayPal order number and the email PayPal reports as the payer, so we can recognise you on WhatsApp and issue refunds. We keep it for 12 months after your service window ends and then delete it. We never sell it or share it with anyone besides PayPal and WhatsApp.
The concierge conversation happens on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. We do not export or archive your chats outside the app.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
Analytics
We measure visits with a self hosted, cookie free analytics tool that stores no IP addresses and cannot identify you. No advertising trackers.
Third party links
When you click a booking button you leave this site and enter Viator, which has its own privacy policy and cookies. Our links include an affiliate identifier that contains no personal data about you.
