About concierge.help

A city guide that ends with a person, not a chatbot.

We started with a simple observation: the questions travelers actually have are small, specific and time sensitive. Which neighborhood, which airport bus, is this restaurant still good, do I really need to book Park Güell. Search engines answer them badly and hotels answer them late.

So concierge.help does two things. It puts every bookable experience in a city into one search, ranked by real reviews and with free cancellation on most of them. And from 10 EUR it gives you a real person who knows the city well, on WhatsApp, for 10 days from the start date you pick, today if you like.

Independent and transparent

We are not the official website of any attraction or operator. Bookings are completed on Viator, an international activity booking platform. If you book through our links we may earn a commission that does not change the price you pay. The concierge fee is the only thing you pay us directly.

Cities

Barcelona has the full catalog. Madrid, Lisbon, Rome, Paris, London, Amsterdam, New York, Dubai, Mexico City and Punta Cana have the ten experiences travelers book and rate most, chosen from Viator's own ranking and filtered by rating and number of reviews.
